Data Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to design and develop our Data Warehouse, enabling robust analytics across the organization. You will build and maintain scalable data pipelines, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure high data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the Data Warehouse (DWH) to support analytics initiatives.
• Create, optimize, and monitor scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Transform business requirements into technical architectures and propose optimal solutions.
• Develop clear, fast dashboards that help stakeholders see the bigger picture.
• Implement data‑quality practices to guarantee trustworthy data throughout the company.

Required profile

• Strong SQL expertise, capable of writing complex queries and optimizing performance.
• Hands‑on experience with ETL/ELT processes and data integration tools.
• Familiarity with dbt for data modeling and transformation is a strong plus.
• Engineering mindset with a focus on code quality, version control (Git), and data‑quality standards.
• System‑thinking ability to organize data for informative reports and dashboards.
