Data Intelligence Manager – Media & Advertising

About the role

FABCOM is seeking a Data Intelligence Manager to lead a team of MarTech Specialists and Data Analysts. You will drive operational excellence across the media advertising journey by designing, building and maintaining modern data platforms that support our clients’ campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and monitor robust data pipelines that consolidate data from multiple media platforms.
• Write, optimise and maintain high‑performance SQL queries, database views and automated data transformations.
• Collaborate with external vendors to integrate primary data sources into the enterprise data platform.
• Validate data integrity, troubleshoot pipeline failures and resolve data quality issues.
• Document data flows, technical processes and business logic comprehensively.
• Translate business requirements from cross‑functional stakeholders into scalable data solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or MarTech.
• Strong understanding of media agency workflows and advertising operations.
• Proven project‑management and people‑management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
