De-Fi Engineer

About the role

G-20 Group is seeking a De‑Fi Engineer to join its technology, math and trading‑focused team. The role combines blockchain innovation with systematic quantitative trading and market‑making expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑develop trading algorithms and platform architecture, implementing innovative trade execution and connectivity solutions.
• Research and analyse DeFi protocols using on‑chain data to support market‑making and trading strategies.
• Research, implement and maintain novel blockchain functionalities, smart‑contract libraries and frameworks.
• Stay up‑to‑date with DeFi protocol updates and market developments.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Comfortable with Web3 technology and cryptocurrency markets.
• Proven experience with EVM or other blockchain ecosystem architectures.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Programming in at least two of: C++, Python, Typescript, Rust (Solidity is a plus).
• Blockchain‑related languages: Golang, Rust, Solidity, Move, Yul.
• Experience with smart‑contract audits and large‑scale technology stack deployments.
