Demand Generation Representative

About the role

As a Demand Generation Representative you will lead growth initiatives for new and existing customers across Greater China and Hong Kong. You will be responsible for turning commercial opportunities into active cloud adopters through structured outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Generate pipeline and qualified opportunities by meeting targets for contact sourcing, outbound calls, discovery meetings and sales qualified opportunities.
• Execute account‑based outbound sequences, multi‑touch campaigns and rapid qualification of inbound leads from marketing and partner channels.
• Conduct consultative discovery to map customer business objectives, IT architecture and migration readiness before handing off to account teams.
• Analyze territory whitespaces to expand product breadth and cloud consumption within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with field account managers, solutions architects and partner development managers to deliver cohesive go‑to‑market strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales stages and pipeline metrics in Salesforce and related analytics tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in technology sales, business development or demand generation.
• Proven track record of prospecting and pipeline generation in China and Hong Kong.
• Fluency in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• History of meeting or exceeding activity metrics and revenue pipeline targets.
