Developer – Rust/.NET

About the role

You will join a fast‑moving team at the forefront of crypto‑currency technology, working on end‑to‑end application development from requirements gathering to production support. The position offers a chance to learn both financial markets and cutting‑edge technical solutions in a non‑hierarchical, agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance peripheral applications and user interfaces using Rust and .NET technologies.
• Provide 24/7 production support as part of an on‑call rotation.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to evaluate new technologies and industry best practices.
• Design, implement, and integrate changes to expand system capabilities.
• Participate in an international, autonomous team following agile principles.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant development experience (candidates with less experience considered for junior level).
• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in financial markets, blockchain and crypto technologies.
• Commitment to delivering reliable, scalable, and maintainable software.
• Ability to analyse complex problems and devise elegant solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Rust or other OOP languages such as C++ or C#.
• Experience with .NET framework.
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
• Knowledge of multithreading, WebSocket and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with high‑throughput, low‑latency system design (plus).
