DevOps Engineer – Linux, VMware, Kubernetes (Up to 60K + bonus)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join a leading securities firm. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of our Linux infrastructure, virtualization platforms, and Kubernetes‑based applications.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise physical and virtual machines (KVM, VMware) throughout their lifecycle.
• Perform Linux kernel tuning, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and resolve low‑level system issues.
• Design and implement automated operations tools for deployment, monitoring, alerting, and incident handling.
• Conduct system performance analysis, cost optimisation, and capacity planning.
• Stay abreast of cloud‑native trends and introduce appropriate tools to improve operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Bash, Python, or Go) with proven automation experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Linux system tuning, Docker, and Kubernetes architecture.
• Experience with mainstream virtualization technologies (KVM, VMware) and related management tools.
