DevOps Engineering Manager

About the role

TOPPAN Security is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineering Manager to lead its DevOps function and define the infrastructure strategy across cloud and on‑premises environments. You will work closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders to modernize infrastructure, embed DevSecOps practices, and drive high‑performing delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing DevOps engineering team.
• Define and execute an infrastructure roadmap for cloud and on‑premises platforms.
• Plan and deliver large‑scale infrastructure projects from design through operational support.
• Architect, manage and optimise enterprise Kubernetes environments using Rancher.
• Design, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for .NET, Java and Flutter stacks.
• Establish Infrastructure as Code standards with Terraform, Ansible or equivalent.
• Oversee application deployments, release governance and production stability.
• Implement monitoring, logging and observability solutions to maximise availability.
• Manage middleware platforms such as RabbitMQ, Redis and PostgreSQL.
• Embed security, compliance and DevSecOps practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align infrastructure decisions with business strategy.
• Drive capacity planning, disaster recovery, resilience and continuous optimisation.
