Digital Clients Services Advisor

About the role

As a member of the Digital Clients Service team for Miu Miu, you will deliver premium customer support across the Asia‑Pacific region, building strong client relationships and driving online sales through multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers from various APAC markets via telephone, live‑chat, social networks, email and other digital touchpoints.
• Conduct proactive client outreach and apply client‑eling techniques to generate sales.
• Identify customer needs, resolve service or product issues, and guide shoppers through the e‑commerce purchase journey.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient problem resolution.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or a fashion‑related qualification.
• Proven selling and client‑eling abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong multitasking, analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
