Digital IC Design Engineer (New Grad)

About the role

Digital design engineers are able to design and implement digital and mixed‑signal chips using advanced design methodologies and industry‑standard ASIC tools. Products include a variety of mixed‑signal and SoC chips for power management, automotive electronics, LED lighting, networking, and charging.

Key responsibilities

• Complete the design and development of digital and mixed‑signal chips, including coding, synthesis, formal verification, and static timing analysis.
• Work closely with analog design, test engineering, and application engineers to complete tasks.
• Master one or more design tools and processes such as digital simulation, synthesis, DFT, LEC, and STA.
• Assist with sample testing and FPGA verification.

Required profile

• Degree in microelectronics, electrical engineering or a related field.
• Prior experience in ASIC design, verification, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong English reading, writing and speaking skills with good team communication.
• Ability to independently follow process rules and deliver high‑quality work.
• Familiarity with Perl, TCL, Unix and Python scripting.
