Digital Performance Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Performance Executive to join our Hong Kong team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels to drive performance and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop expertise in SEM, SEO, display, social media, and affiliate marketing through training and industry research.
• Manage and optimize campaigns on various platforms, ensuring maximum performance.
• Analyze website analytics, campaign metrics, and customer behavior to generate actionable insights.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align strategies and maintain consistent tracking and reporting.

Required profile

• Associate degree or higher; marketing or media background is a plus.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a self‑motivated team player.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
