Digital Performance Specialist (Senior)

About the role

iProspect is seeking a Digital Performance Specialist to manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Search, Display and Social channels. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to drive ROI and expand the reach of e‑commerce initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Search, Display and Social platforms.
• Analyse campaign and website data to produce actionable insights and recommendations.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and implement data‑driven adjustments.
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover growth opportunities.
• Scale campaigns to improve reach, exposure and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams for integrated execution and accurate reporting.
• Prepare performance reports and client‑facing presentations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in digital performance marketing (Search, Display, Social).
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and e‑commerce.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills.
