Director, Sourcing - Intimates, Swim, Lounge

About the role

Quince is looking for a senior leader to head sourcing for its Intimates, Swim and Lounge categories. The Director of Sourcing will design and execute an end‑to‑end supply‑chain strategy, build a resilient multi‑sourcing network, and enable rapid replenishment within Quince’s direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) model.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the end‑to‑end supply chain and sourcing strategy for Intimates, Lounge and Swim, incorporating a multi‑sourcing approach to ensure resilience.
• Onboard new manufacturing partners to the Quince D2C model and coach them on operating in a rapid‑replenishment, manufacturer‑to‑consumer (M2C) environment.
• Educate partners on the Quince Operating System (OS), covering operational excellence, rapid lead times, consumer‑oriented processes, and financial performance aimed at high Return on Invested Capital (ROIC).
• Drive technical integration of partners into Quince’s proprietary technology, AI, and analytics platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing supply‑chain and sourcing strategies in apparel or consumer‑goods categories.
• Demonstrated ability to onboard and manage manufacturing partners in a fast‑paced D2C environment.
• Strong understanding of operational excellence principles and financial modeling focused on ROIC.
