Director, Transaction Services

About the role

Interpath Advisory is seeking a Director to join its fast‑growing Transaction Services team. The role will involve leading financial due diligence engagements for both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions across a wide range of industries, working closely with Managing Directors and senior client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence engagements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to private‑equity and corporate clients, including C‑suite and investment teams.
• Manage and coach high‑performing teams of Senior Managers and Managers.
• Drive business development, proposal creation and client origination.
• Take ownership of engagement economics, risk management and quality assurance.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in Financial Due Diligence or Transaction Services at a Big 4 or top‑tier advisory firm.
• Proven track record at Senior Manager or Director level managing multi‑million revenue projects.
• Strong understanding of M&A processes, deal structuring and value drivers.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent) completed.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
