Doula In Charge – Nursing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Doula In Charge to lead the daily operations of our post‑natal centre. The role combines nursing care for mothers and newborns with management of staff, budgeting and emergency response.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee centre daily operations, including manpower planning, budgeting and emergency responses.
• Provide nursing care to mothers and newborns.
• Coordinate teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
• Coach and supervise doula and frontline staff, promoting a positive working environment.
• Review and investigate incidents and complaints.
• Monitor environment to promote safety, security and optimal health for clients and staff.
• Develop and deliver training to ensure compliance with hygiene and operational standards.
• Be responsible and accountable for the performance and operation of the centre.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Centre Manager and management.

Required profile

• Valid Registered Nurse Practicing Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong.
• Registered Midwife with the Hong Kong Midwifery Council (preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience, preferably in private hospitals, clinics or post‑natal centres.
• Well‑organized, independent, detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational and communication abilities.
• Team player with ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills (preferred).
• Knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
