Dropshop Manager – Hong Kong

About the role

The Dropshop Manager will lead the strategic planning, execution and day‑to‑day operations of Phillips’ digital sales platform in Hong Kong. Working closely with Global Operations, Ecommerce, Marketing and Business Development, the role ensures a coordinated global digital sales calendar and aligns the Dropshop with budgetary and strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain and execute a digital sale calendar that complements the live global auction calendar.
• Oversee the full operational lifecycle for Hong Kong drops, including customer service, KYC, billing, shipping, inventory, campaign coordination and fulfillment.
• Partner with international Dropshop colleagues to analyse traffic, sales trends and customer insights.
• Collaborate with specialist departments to develop cross‑category offerings and online merchandising innovations.
• Manage Dropshop inboxes, purchase orders, invoicing and expense tracking in line with company policies.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in the art world or an e‑commerce marketplace.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently and collaborate across multiple internal teams.
