Elevator / Escalator Technician

About the role

WeMaintain is looking for experienced Lift and Escalator Technicians to join our team in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing elevators and escalators across client sites while contributing to the development of our technology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on lifts and escalators.
• Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Communicate clearly with clients and deliver high‑quality service.
• Share field insights with the tech team to improve our solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all safety standards.

• Proven experience in lift and escalator maintenance and repair.
• Comfortable working with new technologies and eager to drive industry change.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable and takes pride in workmanship.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
