English Teacher

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic English Teacher to deliver customized lessons to private and group students in Hong Kong. The role involves creating lesson plans aligned with each learner’s progress and supporting the department’s curriculum development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement tailored lesson plans based on students’ study progress.
• Conduct interactive private and group English classes.
• Assist the Department Head in developing NTK’s proprietary teaching materials.
• Provide constructive feedback on students’ learning outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, English Literature or a related field.
• Commitment to high‑quality education and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Accountable, motivated and team‑oriented attitude.
• Teaching experience is a plus; candidates with extensive experience may be considered for a senior position.
