Executive – Ocean Freight Export

About the role

The Executive, Ocean Freight Export will manage export and import shipments, ensuring smooth operations and high‑level customer service. This position works closely with operations, sales, and overseas stations to deliver service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Handle general export/import shipments according to standard operating procedures.
• Manage customer bookings, enquiries and complaints.
• Assist with cross‑trade shipments.
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams on shipments and rates.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and overseas stations to achieve service excellence.

Required profile

• Degree or higher, or qualification equivalent to Level 4 of the Qualifications Framework (QF).
• Preferably 3–4 years of relevant logistics experience (less experience may be considered).
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication abilities.
