Field Researcher (Survey Interviewer) – Full Time

About the role

Join Hong Kong Disneyland as a Field Researcher, conducting guest interviews and gathering valuable data for in‑park research studies. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to work outdoors in a vibrant theme‑park environment while interacting with visitors from around the world.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face interviews with guests in outdoor areas of the park.
• Collect accurate responses and record data for various research projects.
• Provide assistance and answer guest queries as needed during interviews.
• Follow a shift schedule that includes mornings, afternoons, weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Matriculated/DSE; tertiary education preferred.
• No prior work experience required.
• Strong ability to conduct interviews in a logical, organized manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
