Finance Business Partner

About the role

RedotPay is seeking a Finance Business Partner to shape its global reconciliation and accounting automation strategy. You will work at the intersection of finance, engineering, and product, helping to integrate blockchain‑based crypto payments with traditional banking systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a multi‑party reconciliation architecture covering on‑chain and off‑chain data, card authorization, clearing, settlement, and custodial accounts.
• Develop an accounting automation engine that translates complex multi‑currency cash flows, fiat‑crypto exchanges, and tiered fee structures into standardized booking rules and connects them to the core ERP and general ledger.
• Act as a bridge between business, engineering, and finance teams, translating finance principles into system specifications and ensuring accurate data collection.
• Drive automation coverage, reduce manual intervention, and mitigate operational and financial risk.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management or systems architecture experience in internet payments, fintech, or cross‑border settlement.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale finance‑operations integration or core financial system implementations.
• Strong understanding of traditional card network clearing and settlement logic (Visa/Mastercard) and related file formats.
• Solid foundation in accrual accounting, double‑entry bookkeeping, and multi‑currency FX gain/loss handling.
