Finance Manager – Global Reporting & Inventory

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead global management reporting, budgeting, consolidation and expense control while overseeing inventory management and statutory compliance across overseas entities. This senior position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to drive process improvements in a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage group consolidation, budget preparation, and statutory reporting.
• Supervise month‑end closing, financial analysis and preparation of monthly reporting packages.
• Lead inventory management, reporting and analysis for the entire group.
• Handle statutory and compliance matters worldwide.
• Identify and implement process‑flow improvements.
• Perform ad‑hoc assignments as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, HKICPA).
• Over 10 years of audit/accounting experience, including at least two years in a managerial role.
• Experience in multinational companies; retail/e‑commerce or direct‑selling background is a plus.
• Regional exposure with shared service centre experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Ability to lead teams, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
