Finance Manager

About the role

ActusRayPartners (ARP) is seeking a Finance Manager to lead its finance function. The role supports senior management with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, payroll oversight, regulatory requirements and strategic financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the firm’s finance function, including financial reporting and transfer pricing.
• Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow projections.
• Oversee treasury activities, tax compliance and payroll administration.
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong SFC Type 4/9 regulations and US SEC requirements.
• Provide senior management with insights on performance, cost drivers, profitability and financial risks.
• Support strategic financial planning and contribute to long‑term business growth.

Required profile

• Senior‑level finance professional with strong commercial acumen.
• Experience in asset management or investment‑focused environments.
• Ability to move beyond day‑to‑day accounting to deliver actionable analysis.
• Potential to evolve into broader finance leadership, including CFO responsibilities.
