Finance Manager – Reporting, Planning & Control

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to act as a strategic financial gatekeeper for Reckitt. In this role you will ensure compliance, drive data‑driven decisions and turn tax and reporting challenges into growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of accurate monthly commercial and management reports, monitor performance against plan and highlight major variances.
• Support the commercial team with timely financial data and presentation materials for business reviews.
• Utilise reporting tools such as Fusion, Anaplan and Power BI to improve reporting efficiency and add analytical insight.
• Drive annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long‑range planning, analysing market trends, pricing strategies and trade‑spend effectiveness.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align financial plans with operational execution and prepare global‑compliant plan/forecast decks.
• Maintain financial integrity by enforcing company policies, SOPs and internal controls, including review of new product financials and trade‑spend accruals.

Required profile

• Strong strategic insight with a proactive approach to financial governance.
• Deep knowledge of tax regulations and ability to translate compliance into strategic advantage.
• Excellent analytical mindset and ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
