Financial Director – International Finance Controller

About the role

We are looking for an experienced International Finance Controller to lead financial oversight of our subsidiaries in Ireland, Israel, the United States and Mexico. Based in Hong Kong, you will ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls and consistent accounting practices across all jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual close for all international subsidiaries.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Ensure compliance with HKFRS/HK GAAP, US GAAP and local statutory/tax requirements.
• Standardise accounting policies, processes and internal controls across entities.
• Support internal and external audits and manage audit findings.
• Partner with regional business leaders on budgeting, forecasting and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor cash flow, inter‑company funding, foreign‑exchange exposure and banking relationships.
• Drive finance‑system improvements, ERP enhancements and automation projects.

Required profile

• Senior‑level finance professional with extensive multinational experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, HKFRS, US GAAP and local accounting regulations.
• Proven ability to lead finance teams across different cultures and time zones.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
