Full Stack Engineer (Frontend Oriented) – Identity & Security

About the role

Binance’s Identity & Security team is looking for a Frontend‑oriented Full Stack Engineer to own the registration, login, and account‑security experience used by over 300 million users worldwide. You will build and operate high‑scale, secure authentication flows across web, mobile, and in‑app environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain login, registration, and account‑security applications for web and mobile clients.
• Build an in‑house AI facial‑recognition security product for KYC verification, liveness detection, and face matching.
• Implement authentication capabilities including passkeys/FIDO2 (WebAuthn), security keys, SMS/email verification, and biometric flows.
• Own the multi‑factor authentication orchestration layer, balancing security strength with user completion rates.
• Collaborate with the AI algorithm team to integrate facial‑recognition models into frontend and backend services.
• Maintain shared security component libraries and authentication SDKs used across Binance products.
• Develop and operate the Node.js server‑side layer for server‑side rendering, route guards, and session management.

Required profile

• Proven experience building large‑scale web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of security and regulatory constraints in consumer‑facing products.
• Ability to deliver high‑concurrency, low‑latency services.
