Full Stack Engineer

About the role

First Sentier Group is transforming its application and data landscape, moving from legacy systems to a more scalable, cloud‑based and data‑driven platform. As a Full Stack Engineer, based in our Hong Kong office, you'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing existing applications while helping to build our next‑generation data platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and support applications, integrations and automation solutions.
• Build and enhance data pipelines and workflows that support business operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and data‑related issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to system reliability, performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve engineering efficiency and delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years' experience in full stack development, software engineering or a similar technical role.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
