Global Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior Global Account Manager to oversee cash‑management services for a portfolio of financial institutions, multinational corporations and local corporates. The role acts as the central point of contact for clients worldwide, ensuring service excellence and revenue retention.

Key responsibilities

• Manage liquidity and cash‑management needs of assigned client portfolio.
• Maintain relationships with treasury and finance decision‑makers at client headquarters.
• Drive revenue retention and identify growth opportunities across the portfolio.
• Escalate and resolve complex cash‑management issues, coordinating with implementation, sales, relationship managers and technology teams.
• Lead global service delivery and project initiatives such as billing setups, file‑format conversions and digital migration.
• Monitor service metrics, conduct attrition analysis and implement remedial actions.
• Provide after‑hours support when required by client or business needs.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of cash‑management products and associated risk management.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical information in clear, simple terms.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior treasury and finance stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating cross‑regional service delivery and leading client‑focused projects.
