Global Digital Marketing Leader

About the role

We are looking for a Global Digital Marketing Leader to shape and execute the digital growth strategy for our payments and crypto businesses. The role combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution, overseeing paid media, performance marketing, and cross‑functional campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Manage multi‑million‑dollar budgets, allocating spend for optimal ROAS.
• Own performance‑marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, TikTok, programmatic platforms, and emerging ad networks.
• Design bidding, targeting, and creative‑testing frameworks to maximize efficiency.
• Plan and run large‑scale acquisition initiatives for payments, crypto, and B2B products.
• Oversee SEO/SEM efforts to complement paid efforts.
• Collaborate with creative, product, sales, BD, and regional teams to align campaigns with launches and promotions.
• Track KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, conversion rates) and conduct A/B testing for continuous optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and build a data‑driven digital marketing team.

Required profile

• 7+ years of digital marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success managing high‑budget, multi‑channel paid campaigns in fintech, payments, or crypto.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Growth‑oriented, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
