Global Investment Rotation Programme 2027 (Wealth and Asset Management)

About the role

Manulife's Wealth and Asset Management combines wealth management and investment expertise to offer integrated solutions across investment funds and pensions, serving retail investors, institutions and pension groups. The Global Investment Rotation Programme is a 24-month programme for recent university graduates, built around six-month rotations in the main business functional areas, with intensive on-the-job training and personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Complete six-month rotations in areas such as Public Markets Investment (equity, fixed income, multi-asset solutions), Institutional Sales and Business Strategy, and Product Development.
• Work with Assignment Managers to build technical knowledge of asset origination and asset management within a large global financial services firm.
• Gain experience in Wealth and Asset Management in Hong Kong and possibly on short-term assignments in other overseas offices.
• Be mentored by a senior executive during the 24 months.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related subject.
• Fresh graduate or candidate with less than two years of work experience after graduation.
• Strong academic record, with a GPA of 3.5 or above.
• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting, finance or investment, with strong analytical techniques.
• Initiative, agility and creativity in a fast-paced environment, with strong written and oral communication skills.

Required skills

• Solid computer experience in Microsoft Office and a strong aptitude for learning new software.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with a range of financial products and services.
