About the role

The 18‑month Global Operations Management Trainee Programme at Plaza Premium Group is designed to develop future supervisory leaders in the travel hospitality sector. Trainees rotate through multiple departments and countries, gaining hands‑on experience in both behind‑the‑scenes and customer‑facing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a structured rotation across operations, guest services, food & beverage, lounges, hotels and supporting departments.
• Participate in global projects, contributing to project management, budgeting and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Undertake comprehensive onboarding training covering company history, culture, policies and industry fundamentals.
• Engage in regular performance evaluations and receive mentorship from senior leaders.

Required profile

• University graduate (within the last 2 years) from any discipline.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional language (Cantonese, Mandarin or others) is a plus.
• Open‑minded, adaptable and willing to work in different regions.
