Graduate Trainee - Front Office

About the role

The Graduate Trainee – Front Office role is an entry‑level position within The Ritz‑Carlton’s Guest Experience team. You will be responsible for creating memorable, personalized experiences for guests throughout their stay, while learning the standards and operations of a luxury hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience from check‑in to check‑out.
• Process operational tasks such as registrations, reservations, and billing.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and special needs.
• Prepare and submit daily reports and operational documentation.
• Share local area highlights and recommendations to enhance guest stays.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment in accordance with company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry or move objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and adherence to company standards.
