Growth Marketer

About the role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketer who thinks less like a traditional marketer and more like a growth hacker, builder and dealmaker. You’ll help us build the growth engine from the ground up, finding unconventional opportunities, creating high‑impact campaigns, building partnerships, and turning AI into your unfair advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, engagement and conversion.
• Identify unconventional channels and growth loops to drive rapid user and customer growth.
• Build, deploy and manage AI marketing agents for content, lead generation, outreach, research, SEO, social and campaign optimisation.
• Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, including events and community initiatives.
• Use data and analytics to spot growth bottlenecks and optimise performance.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of experience in growth, digital or performance marketing, preferably in a startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Proven track record of driving exponential growth for new products (0 → 1).
• Experience with SaaS, AI or health‑tech products is a plus.
• Native Cantonese speaker, fluent in English; Mandarin a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva and CapCut for AI‑native design and content creation.
• Hands‑on experience with large language models, AI agents and automation platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM, analytics, SEO and marketing automation tools.
