Growth Operations Executive

About the role

BIT is looking for a Growth Operations Executive to join its fast‑growing US‑stock investing team. You will be at the heart of platform operations, ensuring that monthly and flash campaigns reach users accurately and on schedule. The role evolves from hands‑on execution to strategic input as you own the full campaign lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Configure campaign rules in the operations backend, publish pages and run pre‑launch checks with zero errors.
• Build and publish landing pages using page‑builder tools and structured templates.
• Set up audience selection and scheduling for push, SMS, and in‑app messages.
• Write and adapt campaign copy in both Chinese and English from provided templates.
• Compile campaign data, prepare settlement drafts and coordinate reward distribution.
• Conduct market and competitor research using AI tools and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Independently own and launch flash campaigns around market moments.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in internet operations, campaign operations, or similar execution roles (outstanding fresh graduates considered).
• Strong bilingual copywriting ability in Chinese and English.
• Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate research, copy refinement and insight generation.
