Head of People & Talent

About the role

MoneyHero Limited is seeking a Head of People & Talent to lead its regional People & Talent function across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore. You will shape and execute the Group’s people strategy, ensuring consistent, effective and compliant HR practices across all markets while partnering closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the regional People & Talent strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organisation design and capability development.
• Oversee People Business Partnering, People Operations, employee relations, performance and talent management.
• Manage compensation, benefits, headcount planning and HR budgets in collaboration with Finance.
• Lead HRIS governance, employee data security, workflows and reporting.
• Drive regional people projects and ensure compliance with local employment regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing people strategies at a regional or multi‑country level.
• Strong ability to advise and coach senior leaders on performance, talent risks and organisational change.
• Deep knowledge of HR compliance and best practices across diverse Asian markets.
• Track record of managing HR cost, compensation and benefits programs.
