Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will support the full scope of HR responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives, ensuring policies, programs and practices enhance employee performance and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance and manage employee‑relations issues through thorough, objective investigations.
• Analyse and design retention strategies, improving workplace communication, satisfaction and work‑life balance via employee voice and recognition programs.
• Collaborate with management and staff to strengthen relationships, boost morale, productivity and retention, offering sound advice on performance and conflict mitigation.
• Support senior management in aligning business objectives with employee goals across designated units.
• Prepare group HR announcements, compile monthly HR reports and analytics, and assist in workforce analysis for talent attraction, development and retention.
• Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to implement standardized policies, ensure compliance with legal changes, and manage documentation for policy updates.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of solid experience in sizable organisations; regional or global management experience preferred.
• People‑centric professional with strong commercial awareness and a passion for process improvement.
• Self‑starter who can work independently, build strong rapport with internal stakeholders and maintain high confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
