Human Resources Recruiting Specialist – Hong Kong

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Recruiting Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for mid‑to‑senior positions in Hong Kong. You will work from our Grand Central Plaza office, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment, from requirement analysis to offer negotiation.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, Offertoday, Boss Zhipin and other social platforms.
• Build and maintain a high‑quality passive candidate pipeline.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to improve time‑to‑hire and candidate experience.
• Provide market intelligence on salary benchmarks and competitor hiring trends in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
• Support visa applications (GEP, QMAS, IANG) for non‑local hires.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in top‑tier search firms or large tech/internet companies.
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (required for work‑visa eligibility).
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Strong assessment ability to evaluate technical competence and cultural fit.
• Results‑driven, resilient and able to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and visa policies is a plus.
