职位概况

负责酒店暖通空调（HVAC）系统的日常运行与全面保养，确保设备始终处于最佳状态，为宾客提供舒适的住宿环境。

主要职责

每日检查、维护酒店的供暖、通风及空调系统。
监管中央机房及各类工程设施，降低停机时间并提供紧急技术支援。
带领并监督技术员团队完成巡检、维修及保养工作。

任职要求

持有机电工程署签发的有效注册电业工程人员（REW）证书（A 级或以上）。
具备建筑设备、机械或电机工程相关文凭或以上学历。
至少2 年以上工程或设施维护的督导经验，酒店或豪华住宅经验优先。
能够适应每日9 小时的轮班工作。

必备技能

HVAC 系统维护与故障排除。
电气工程及机械维修技能。
持有 REW（A 级）证书。
细致的工作态度与独立解决复杂技术问题的能力。
