Innovation Camp Lecturer/Mentor

About the role

The Innovation Camp Lecturer/Mentor will lead hands‑on STEM education programs, including Innovation Camps, Mini‑Camps, and robotics competitions. This role blends curriculum design with technical mentorship, guiding student teams from problem identification to prototype delivery using project‑based and inquiry‑based learning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and integrate curriculum for construction robotics and smart construction, embedding XbotPark’s New Engineering Education principles.
• Design project‑based learning challenges that explore industry pain points, select technology paths, define products, and validate prototypes.
• Create technical reference materials, hardware/software templates, and teaching resources.
• Act as a technical mentor rather than a traditional lecturer, providing hands‑on guidance in hardware development, embedded systems, algorithm deployment, and system integration.
• Facilitate team discussions, design critiques, project reviews, and pitch sessions, helping students adopt an engineering and product mindset.
• Support overall camp scheduling, organize site visits and company tours, and assist in preparing evaluation reports.

Required profile

• Excellent writing and proposal development skills; ability to create and deliver PPT presentations.
• Strong data analysis and research capabilities.
• Clear logical thinking with a structured mindset.
