职位概况

在香港岛香格里拉大酒店客房送餐部担任服务员，负责为客人提供及时、礼貌的客房餐饮服务，确保用餐体验满意。

主要职责

及时送达客房餐点并进行跟进服务。
确保客人获得良好的餐饮体验。
完成上级分配的其他工作。

任职要求

具备至少一年酒店或餐饮服务相关工作经验；应届毕业生亦可。
具备以客为本的服务意识和团队合作精神。
良好的中英文书写及口语沟通能力。

必备技能

中英文沟通能力。
