Insight Manager

About the role

The Insight Manager will lead quantitative, qualitative and community research projects for our client teams, reporting to senior research managers. The role combines project ownership, data analysis, and client interaction to deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own multiple tactical research projects from design through fieldwork and reporting, while supporting larger strategic initiatives.
• Design research activities, moderate fieldwork, and develop analysis plans to produce client‑ready reports with clear recommendations.
• Interpret client needs, select appropriate research solutions, and integrate additional data sources such as culture trends or crowdsourcing platforms.
• Present findings to clients, contribute to workshops, and manage client relationships independently.
• Support commercial activities including proposal writing, sales pitches, and growth‑marketing content creation.
• Ensure integration of external insights such as culture trends and client data throughout the research process.
• Coach junior consultants, share best practices, and drive higher performance across the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in social science, psychology, business, economics or a related field.
• 5–7 years of professional market research experience.
