Interior Designer – Workplace & Commercial Spaces

About the role

Hassell is seeking an Interior Designer to shape workplace and commercial environments that inspire collaboration and enhance user experience. You will join a global design studio that blends architecture, interior design and urban planning to create inclusive, sustainable spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior designers on concept development, space planning and detailed design solutions.
• Produce high‑quality presentations, mood boards and material selections for client reviews.
• Develop and refine design documentation from concept through to construction documentation.
• Utilise Revit to model, iterate and communicate interior layouts and details.
• Contribute to a fast‑paced studio environment where fresh ideas and teamwork drive project success.

Required profile

• A degree in Interior Design or a related discipline.
• 3–7 years of experience in a design studio, preferably on workplace or commercial projects.
• Strong eye for detail, materiality and spatial composition.
• Ability to generate ideas, solve problems and adapt within a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit (essential).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
