IT Manager – Hotel Technology Operations

About the role

Mandarin Oriental The Landmark in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of its Information Technology department. The role ensures the reliability, security and continuous improvement of the hotel’s technology infrastructure while supporting all hotel functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily IT service delivery across the hotel, overseeing servers, networks, workstations, telecommunications and business applications.
• Manage IT projects, system implementations, upgrades and technology initiatives, acting as backup for the Cluster Director of IT when required.
• Monitor system performance, network availability and cybersecurity measures to maintain a stable and secure environment.
• Provide technical leadership for infrastructure, network, telephony, hardware, software and end‑user services.
• Oversee troubleshooting, system backups, disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
• Lead, develop and engage the IT team, ensuring continuous professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with department heads to align technology solutions with business needs.
