IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our hospitality technology team. The role involves configuring and maintaining a range of IT systems while providing first‑line support to ensure seamless 24/7 operations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, monitor and maintain network infrastructure including switches, access points and firewalls.
• Provide first‑line troubleshooting and resolve urgent IT incidents for hotel staff and guests.
• Maintain telephony systems such as PABX and manage access‑control hardware like door lock controllers.
• Support CCTV surveillance equipment and ensure proper functionality.
• Assist with digital platforms, including websites and web applications, performing routine maintenance and updates.
• Communicate effectively with clients, document issues and stay current with hospitality IT trends.
• Work flexible hours to support continuous operations.

Required profile

• Degree in IT or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in hospitality‑focused IT support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
