IT System Administrator – Corporate IT (Hong Kong)

About the role

Solana Company is building its first dedicated corporate IT function in Asia. As an IT System Administrator you will manage the day‑to‑day operation of the company’s Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environment, endpoints, and SaaS applications, ensuring security controls are applied and audit‑ready. You will work under the IT Team Lead and receive mentorship on identity, endpoint security, and control operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID tenant – accounts, licensing, groups, mailboxes, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Execute joiner, mover, and leaver provisioning with same‑day access revocation.
• Enforce MFA, conditional access, and least‑privilege roles according to the security baseline.
• Manage device lifecycle – procurement, enrollment, support, retirement, and asset register maintenance.
• Operate Intune (or equivalent) for encryption, patching, compliance, and monitor EDR coverage.
• Administer SaaS tools such as Lark, GitHub, VPN, password manager, and configure SSO.
• Provide first‑line service‑desk support, triage tickets, and maintain runbooks for self‑service.
• Execute ISMS controls and generate audit evidence for internal and external reviews.

Required profile

• Entry‑level professional eager to develop a career in IT security operations, GRC, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document configurations for independent review.
• Willingness to work in Hong Kong as the first corporate IT hire for the Asia team.
