Java Engineer – Financial Products Development

About the role

We are looking for a Java Engineer to develop and enhance financial products such as wallets, payment gateways, cash rebate systems, merchant management and compliance solutions. The role involves building open API features, collaborating with product managers, and ensuring high performance and reliability of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement core financial products including wallets, payment gateways, and merchant management tools.
• Build and expose open API features for the core financial platform.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into robust Java solutions.
• Perform performance tuning, troubleshoot online incidents, and refactor systems for scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable code following engineering best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and quickly acquire new knowledge.
• Strong cross‑team communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficient in core Java and familiar with the Spring framework.
• Strong experience with MySQL and at least one NoSQL database.
• Solid understanding of distributed system design and messaging middleware.
