职位概况

uSMART盈立證券招聘高级Java开发工程师，负责金融科技业务的交易系统设计与实现，参与新一代移动证券交易APP的研发。

主要职责

分析金融科技业务需求，完成交易系统方案设计与编码。
跟踪Java技术前沿，进行技术预研和难点攻关。
持续发现并优化系统功能、性能及架构问题。
完成上级交付的其他任务。

任职要求

8年以上Java开发经验，能够独立完成业务编码。
精通Java语言、数据结构、多线程编程，熟悉常用设计模式及性能优化。
熟练使用MySQL进行数据库设计、SQL编写及调优，掌握Redis。
熟悉Dubbo、Spring Cloud等分布式服务治理及微服务框架，有分布式系统架构设计经验。
了解大数据技术栈，如Hadoop、Flink、Spark、Kafka、Hive等。
具备强烈的技术研发热情，学习能力强，具备团队合作精神。
有互联网券商经验者优先。
