Junior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer to join our digital transformation team. You will help automate CI/CD pipelines, support containerised deployments, and improve monitoring and observability across our fintech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot Jenkins‑based CI/CD pipelines, including source retrieval, code quality scanning, container image builds and deployments.
• Develop and maintain Linux shell scripts for automation tasks such as file transfers, remote command execution, deployment verification and log collection.
• Integrate and support monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, PRTG, Elasticsearch) and assist in building observability data (metrics, logs, traces).
• Contribute to application performance monitoring initiatives, helping to implement end‑to‑end tracing and performance dashboards.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or system administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Jenkins and Linux environments.
• Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts, container deployment, and the software delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and work collaboratively with development and platform teams.
