About the role

DoitWe builds tools that help people get more from their money, with a focus on making finance smarter, accessible and safe through AI. It is the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, having launched its first mobile-first insurance platform in 2019. As Lead, Strategy you will work closely with core teams on the highest-impact initiatives across engineering, product, hiring, operations and business development, helping the company grow and drive execution.

Key responsibilities

• Drive high-priority initiatives across the business.
• Work with leadership to solve business and product challenges.
• Build new teams, processes and capabilities as the company grows.
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Research new markets, products and business opportunities.
• Improve operations by identifying problems and implementing practical solutions.
• Take ownership of projects and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong problem-solving skills and business judgment.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
• Comfortable working across different business functions.
• Strong ownership and execution skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Candidates must be based in Hong Kong; the role is remote.
• Not suitable for people who only want to attend meetings, cannot follow up aggressively, need fixed scope and slow timelines, or avoid messy cross-functional problems.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Curious, resourceful and driven to build.
• Strong English communication, as English is the main working language across global teams.

The interview process is fast: online assessment or practical task, then a role-specific interview and a CEO/final round. Strong candidates may receive an offer within a week of starting the process, and those who complete assessments quickly are prioritised.
