About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Manager to lead and execute initiatives that drive associate growth and support business success within the hospitality sector. You will shape training, leadership development, and succession planning programs while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, delivery and evaluation of training, leadership development and succession planning programs.
- Partner with department leaders to identify capability gaps and implement targeted learning solutions.
- Manage onboarding and engagement programs to improve associate experience and retention.
- Oversee recruitment, development and engagement of trainees and interns.
- Build relationships with universities and hospitality institutions to attract emerging talent.
- Measure program effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes and business impact.
Required profile
- Background in the hospitality industry.
- Proactive, approachable and detail‑oriented.
- Well‑organized with strong attention to detail.
