Learning & Development Recruitment Manager

About the role

The Learning & Development Recruitment Manager will drive campus hiring initiatives while supporting employee learning programs. This hybrid role blends talent acquisition with training delivery to build a skilled workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies, including career fairs and information sessions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and conduct candidate screenings.
• Maintain relationships with university career services, student groups, and faculty.
• Support design, implementation, and administration of learning and development programs for all employee levels.
• Conduct training needs assessments, develop workshop content, and update e‑learning materials.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, education, or related internships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
